Direct Selling industry specialist Heather Chastain from Bridgehead Collective will be zooming in from the USA and speaking on attracting the generations you want into your teams with her groundbreaking generational engagement study. With 20+ years Direct Selling industry experience in Sales & Operations building efficient, dynamic and successful teams, Heather is obsessed with delivering extraordinary, successful outcomes for our clients and partners.

Bridgehead Collective commissioned the Center for Generational Kinetics and directed research to discover perceptions of entrepreneurship, the gig economy, and, more pointedly, direct selling. Statistical significance was of utmost importance in this first-of-its-kind analysis, so the study represents a wide-sweeping sample that reflects individuals, with an equitable mix of genders, demographics, employment status, education levels, and location.

Geoff Mulham

CEO

Geoff began his career in Advertising, then spent the next 15 years in the Direct Selling Industry in a variety of Sales and Marketing roles, first with Amway Corporation (with postings in Sydney, the USA, and the UK), and then with Nutrimetics International, based in Sydney.

Geoff then created several start-ups in the Audio-Visual space, most notably ‘Signal Media’, a full-service film and event production agency servicing the corporate market in Australia and the Pacific region.‘Signal’ then merged with ‘Veritas’, one of Australia’s leading Event Management companies. As a partner/board member at Veritas, Geoff worked closely at CEO level to develop and implement field communication and incentive strategies for companies including Merck-Serono, Cisco, Lenovo, McDonalds, Frito Lay, Vodaphone, and Visa.

In 2015 Geoff sold his interest in Veritas to return to the Direct Selling channel as Sales Director of Mannatech. In 2016, Geoff moved into the General Manager’s role.

Geoff then spent 6 years with USANA Health Sciences, based both in Europe and then as Vice President for Australia and New Zealand based in Sydney.

Geoff is a Husband/Dad/Grandfather living in Manly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. His interests include tennis, surfing, travel, cooking, writing, photography, and filmmaking.

John Hobby is the General Manager for Nu Skin Pacific, covering Australia, New Zealand & French Polynesia. John was raised in a direct selling family business and this guided John to embark on his career in direct selling straight from his studies and he now has over 10 years of industry experience.

John spent 2 years as a distributor to gain insight into both sides of the industry and to better understand how to partner with the field. John’s passion is to see people change their lives in building success.
